pleasant apartment close to all the touristic areas, if u enjoy walking it will take 15 to 30 min only to reach all these places:Plateau, Old Port, Gay Village and Downtown.Your home is located between 2 metro stations and there are Bixie stations a couple blocks away.
The space
This apt is on the ground floor and the neighbour are quite and discreet.I live on the top floor so I am very available if u need me.You will enjoy spending time on the unique terrace where it's super fun to simply enjoy your morning coffee, making yourself a BBQ or relaxing with a glass of Chardonnay. This home is fully equipped with wifi and a television set where you can entertain yourself on rainy days. It also has Parking
