About this stay
Very pleasant apartment close to all the touristic areas, if u enjoy walking it will take 30 to 60 min only to reach all these places :Plateau, Old Port, Gay Village and Downtown. Your home is located between 2 metro stations and there are Bixie stations a couple blocks away. This charming apt is fully furnished with home appliances and it can accommodate up to 4 guests .
The space
This apt is on the ground floor and the neighbour are quite and discreet .I live on the top floor so I am very available if u need me .You will enjoy spending time on the unique terrace where it's super fun to simply enjoy your morning coffee, making yourself a BBQ or relaxing with a glass of Chardonnay. This home is fully equipped with wifi and a television set where you can entertain yourself on rainy days. It also has a central air conditionner and vacuum, washer & dryer and you can always have a parking space on the street often times right in front of the building (I also park on the street and I confirm that it's very safe). If you are visiting Montreal for a few days, you will appreciate the comfort of this apt and if you are travelling for longer periods (either for work or other), you will have a clean and fun place to work and relax.
Guest access
You have access to all the rooms in this 1000 square feet home and the private terrace. You will find the everything required for cooking meals in the kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc.). There are 2 bedrooms, 1 has a queen size bed and the other a double.( mattresses and linens all brand new) The bathroom is very spacious, with a century old bathtub and next to it a shower.

I am 48 years old I work in finance, I am very passionate about sports (Yoga, gym and biking), eating healthy food and travelling.I speak English, French . I consider myself quiet, respectable, happy and a life lover.As a host, I do my best to make you feel comfortable in your home and accommodate any suggestions you might have, and I am always easy to reach either in person or via sms.
